We want you to love your home's newest addition, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all furniture and decor. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, we will coordinate a seamless pickup and provide a refund minus a small restocking fee.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery to start your return or exchange process.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure all items are in their original condition and, where possible, repacked in their original protective materials.

  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized white-glove delivery partners will contact you to schedule a convenient time to collect the items from your home.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the items are inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
